Deby Harper, Founder Deby Harper was the founder and principal of Lifestyle Insights based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her legacy continues at Lifestyle Insights. Deby spent 25 years developing corporate fitness and wellness programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies. With her husband Brad, Deby spent over fifteen years developing Lifestyle Insights and its related technology. From 1995 to 1998 Deby worked with the Lee Clinic of Stress Medicine in which Lifestyle Insights was used as part of their Executive Stress Management Program. Lifestyle Insights has been featured on national television on Today's Breakthroughs: Tomorrow's Cures, a program that specializes in breakthroughs in health, education, and prevention. Deby developed some of the first organized fitness programs in Phoenix, and today continues to be an innovator in the field of wellness/health. Her interdisciplinary approach to creating a healthy environment includes improving the movement and activity level of employees, reducing stress as well as high risk behaviors. Deby has designed and instructed a wide variety of programs with numerous corporate clients including Advance PCS, American Express, Discount Tire, VLSI, The Village Tennis Club and The Golden Door Spa. Brad Harper, Founder, Chairman and Chief Psychometrist Brad Harper is a certified psychologist and psychometrist, with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, executive development and behavioral health. Brad is also the founder and principal of Trigon Executive Assessment Center, a Scottsdale-based firm that provides comprehensive behavioral assessment services for corporate executives as well as designing individual management development and wellness programs. He also serves as a behavioral consultant to both college and professional sports teams. Brad was educated at the University of Arizona, receiving a B.S. and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Bill Woodward, Vice President of Marketing Bill Woodward joined Lifestyle Insights, and brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations, news media relations and strategic brand management to the team. He is also manager of public affairs at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale Arizona, overseeing all of that organization's public relations, advertising and external communications initiatives. Bill has also held senior marketing positions with several large hospital groups in the Southwest and for eight years operated his own public relations firm in Phoenix. A former TV news anchor and news director, Bill has earned over 50 national and regional awards for his work in marketing and public relations.

Dr. Judith Ingalls, M.D. Dr. Ingalls is a Board-certified family physician with a large private practice in Carefree Arizona, where she has practiced family medicine, preventative health care, wellness programs and women's medicine since 1995. Prior to her private practice, she held the position of Medical Director of the Hood River Hospital ER department for six years and was Director of the Telluride Medical Center in Colorado for eight years. Dr. Ingalls received her medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine, and holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Vermont and a B.S. from Northeastern University. Karma Kientzler Karma Kientzler has spent 25 years as a consultant and public speaker in the wellness industry, spending 18 years in senior management positions at the famous Canyon Ranch in Tucson Arizona. She served as a member of the Leadership Committee for IDEA from 1992 to 1994. She is also a founding Board Member of the Southern Arizona Fitness Association and an Advisory Board Member of the U.S. Water Fitness Association. Paul Robbins Paul Robbins is President of Cardiac 2 Tech, a metabolic testing, training and equipment company, providing cardio workout programs, heart rate monitoring systems and programs in VO2 testing for fitness and performance centers. Paul is also a frequent presenter for ACE, ACSM, NSCA and AFAA. For six years, he has been developing software for Cortex, Cardio Coach and Woodway's Performance Labs. In past assignments, Paul has been the Area Director of Fitness for the Q Sports Club chain in Arizona and owner and manager of two health clubs in Vermont. Karen Fehr Karen Fehr is Chair of the Department of Health and Exercise Science for the Paradise Valley Community College System and Director of its Fitness Center. Prior to her academic assignment, she was Manager of Wellness at Sentry Insurance and Fitness Director at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. Karen has been a lecturer on exercise and weight loss for ten years at the Southwest Bariatric Nutrition Center. She holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University and an undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University. Bill Bonstetter Bill Bonstetter is President and CEO of Target Training International LTD in Scottsdale Arizona. A leader in human resource development, he has been the leading researcher in the DISC behavioral model for the last 20 years. Under Bill's leadership, TTI has developed fifteen computer programs to facilitate use of DISC, along with numerous training programs, available in a number of languages for use throughout the world.
